Digital Product Refunds

All credit purchases on Dreamer are considered digital products. Once credits are delivered to your account, refunds are generally not possible unless required by law or in case of technical issues (such as double charges or failed delivery).

Payments via Paddle

Payments are processed securely via Paddle. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first. If necessary, you may also request a refund directly through Paddle's support.
